Refund Policy of Direct Pool Tile Imports Pty Ltd.

Direct Pool Tiles is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. For replacement tiles, please send an email to sales@directpooltiles.com.au with a photo of the tile and the quantity required.

Standard Refunds:

  • Eligible Returns: We will provide a full refund for items returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Faulty Goods: If you receive a faulty or defective product, we will offer a full refund or replacement, subject to our inspection.

Custom Orders:

Please note that custom orders are typically non-refundable. This includes items specifically ordered from overseas to meet your unique requirements.

Overseas Order Payments:

  • Payment Deadline: The balance for overseas orders must be paid within 14 days of the items arriving in the country.
  • Storage Fees: Storage charges may apply after the 14-day payment deadline.
  • Unpaid Invoices: Any invoices not paid within 30 days will result in order cancellation and loss of the deposit.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Storage Fees: Tiles must be delivered within 7 days of arrival to avoid storage fees.
