Stocked Items

For pool tiles, glass mosaics, pool equipment and other products currently in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically occurring within 5 business days depending on your location.

Delivery times may vary for regional and remote areas.

Non-Stocked and Special Order Items

Products that are not currently held in stock, including some custom mosaics, special-order pool tiles and imported products, generally require up to 10 business days for delivery. In some cases, larger custom projects may require additional production time.

If extended lead times apply, our team will contact you with an estimated delivery schedule.

Custom Mosaic Orders

Custom mosaic designs are manufactured specifically for each project. Production and delivery timeframes vary depending on the complexity, size and approval process of the artwork.

Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect all products upon delivery and notify Direct Pool Tiles of any transit damage or shortages within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Where possible, please provide photographs of any damage to assist with our assessment.
